Frequently Asked Questions

Shopping & Dress Selection

  1. What is the price range of dresses in your store?
Our gowns range from $1,350 to $5,000, with most priced between $2,000 and $4,000. Some of our designers offer gowns up to $13,000, which we can bring in for you to try on by request.

  2. Do you have any gowns available off the rack?
Yes! We have a selection of showroom sample gowns available for purchase off the rack at 20–80% off the original price. These dresses are sold as-is and can be a great option for brides with a short timeline.

  3. What if my budget is under $1,350?
Dresses under $1,350 are part of our sample sale collection. If your budget is below this, please book a Sample Sale Appointment, as sample gowns are not available to try on during standard appointments.

  4. How can I prepare for my appointment?
Before your appointment, please browse our designer pages and screenshot your five favorite gowns. Bringing these with you will help your stylist understand your vision and guide you toward the perfect dress.

Appointments & Guest Policies

  1. How many guests can I bring to my appointment?
We allow up to five guests plus the bride. If you’d like to bring a larger group, please book a Deluxe Private Appointment, which accommodates up to eight guests.

  2. Can I bring my child to my appointment?
To maintain a calm and focused environment for all brides, children under 12 are not permitted in the boutique, including infants in carriers, strollers, or wraps. Our restroom is not equipped with a changing table, and we’ve found that even the sweetest babies can sometimes disrupt the peaceful atmosphere we strive to provide.

  3. Who should I bring to my appointment?
If there is someone you must have in attendance before saying “yes” to your dress, please ensure they are present at your initial appointment. If you can’t imagine choosing your gown without your mom, maid of honor, or another special person, schedule your appointment at a time when they can join you.

  4. What happens if I’m late to my appointment?
We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later than that, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee will be charged. If you need to reschedule, please use the "Change Appointment" link in your confirmation email.

  5. Can I try on sample gowns during a standard appointment?
No, sample gowns are not available to try on during weekend standard appointments. If you’d like to shop our sample sale collection, please book a Sample Sale Appointment instead.

  6. Where can I see available sample gowns?
Our sample sale inventory is updated regularly. Please visit our sample sale page before your appointment to ensure our selection aligns with your vision.

Dress Ordering & Payment

  1. How long do dresses take to arrive?
Special order gowns typically take 5–9 months to arrive. Some designers offer a rush option, which can deliver a gown in as little as 12 weeks for an additional fee.

  2. How do I pay for my gown?
Many brides choose to pay in full at their appointment to check this item off their to-do list. If preferred, you can pay 50% at the time of order and the remaining 50% when your gown arrives. Please note that customized gowns require payment in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

  1. What should I wear to my appointment?
We recommend wearing flesh-toned undergarments. If you're interested in sleek crepe or satin styles, consider wearing shapewear or Spanx for the best fit. Most gowns have built-in support, so a bra is optional.

  2. We know you want to feel beautiful while trying on dresses, but please ensure your makeup does not transfer onto the gowns.

  3. Do you carry plus-size gowns?
Yes! We carry sample gowns for try-on in sizes 4–20, and many of our designers offer special order gowns up to size 32W.

In-Store Experience

  1. Where should I park when I come to White Blossom Bridal?
There is street parking available along New Broad Street. If those spots are full, you can park in the Publix parking lot behind our shop, accessible from Jake Street, Meeting Place, and Lake Baldwin Lane.

  2. Do you offer champagne during appointments?
We are happy to pop sparkling white grape juice to celebrate when you say "Yes!" to your dress. Water is also available throughout your appointment.
